I have just purchased a sharkeye tracker. The software does not seem compatible with windows 7 is there a newer version I need?

The drivers that are shipped with the SharkEYE Tracker, that allow you to mount the SD card on your computer are compatible with Windows 7. If you are having an issue with them, please let us know and we can direct you to a download link for the latest version.
Some of the other packages included in the software bundle may be old versions, depending on the date of manufacture of the unit you have. The latest version of the quicktime player included on the CD can downloaded from www.apple.com. The other player application included, ePlayer, has not yet been released for Windows 7. You will find that VLC player (available from www.videolan.org) offers much the same features, and is currently available in a version for Windows 7.
