I have just purchased a 8gb SharkEye tracker and I tried to use it for the first time on Friday morning. When i went to use it there was a message on the screen saying there is a fault with the SD card and therefore it would not let me record. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP? I live in Reading and drop off the unit for you to look at if that is easier?

Hi Gordon,
This error probably arises because the SD card has not been formatted. If you open the manual and turn to page 11 (section 9), you will find instructions for formatting the SD card using the menu on the head unit. This should solve your problem, please let us know if it does not.
