Chepstow swim club purchased a Sharkeye system from you last year including a SharkeyeVision Pro SP-1 HDD. Although it is an 80GB drive we can only see the bottom 4 GB on our windows XP machine. How do we get the full 80GB? I believe it may be the HDD formating but we had to use FAT32 inorder to get the camera/display unit to work and FAT32 doesn't allow more than a 4GB partition

Under Windows XP you cannot create a FAT32 partition greater than 4GB in size.

To create a larger partition, you should first transfer your data off the drive, then format it using the format option on the SharkVISION Pro itself. This will create a FAT32 partition the full size of the drive, which you will then be able to access using your Windows PC.
